Wild and Wacky Wednesday

WOW what a crazy week this has been....we had our annual family vacation, have you ever been on vacation with 14 people with 4 of them under 6???  Can you say CRAZY?????  But what a wonderful time we had.  Even though the weather didn't cooperate, it was pretty chilly for August, we always found things to do.

I had brought along a couple of Paper Pumpkin kits so the kids had so much fun at "ART" time.  Our 11 year old grand daughter was my big helper.  I was going to take pictures but we were so busy I totally forgot all about it.  We made a Thank You card and Peyton and Morgan both said they were going to give it to their Mom and Dad for taking them on vacation...what sweet kids!

Now we are back home, trying to get laundry done, lawn mowed, and just put everything away...it will be nice to sleep in our own bed tonight.

I just sent the email out regarding my September Stamp Camp....here is a sneak peek of one of the cards.

It doesn't have to be a Christmas card, you could make this a beautiful thinking of you or even sympathy card.

Coloring Designer Paper

Here is the other card I demo'd at our Product Extravaganza last weekend.  Its such a quick and easy card to do.  Just add a little color to our Timeless Elegance Designer Paper. 

I just used the So Saffron and Pear Pizzazz marker to add a little color and then I used the Cottage Greeting set to add the greeting.  I used our Notecards which area little smaller than the average card so then I could get 10 notecards out of one 12 x 12 sheet of Designer paper.

We had our monthly Stamp Share get together on Tuesday night, Linda took this technique to a new level and actually embossed on the Designer Paper...what a cute card..

Spray Glitter Technique

We had an amazing time today at our First Ever Product Extravaganza....thank you to all who came and of course to the amazing group of Sunshine Stampers that helped host the event, Dena, Carol S., Amy, Linda and Sandy....without you this event would not have happened.

As you can see from the video I had an amazing time...I have gold glitter all over me and I was wearing black shorts, probably not the right color to wear....but check out my hands in the video. For those of you that know me know enough that I truly am the "GLITTER QUEEN"...I hope you enjoy the video.

 

 

 

Happy Friday

I've been so busy getting ready for our Product Extravaganza tomorrow...this is our first customer event and I hope we have a good attendance...there will be many displays, three demonstrations and door prizes....please come and bring your friends!

Stamp A Stack

It has been a very busy but fun week so far.... and its only Tuesday.  I've been cutting for my Stamp A Stack this weekend....half way done...most of the cutting is done now to put them into packets and pack them up...I wanted to give you a glimpse of my work station for the week.

Of course I cleaned up quite a bit...I didn't want to show you too much of the mess I make!

Monthly Stamp Club Card

I wanted to share with you one of the cards we are making this month at our Monthly Stamp Club.

Its a slider card....when you pull up the greeting inside the butterfly moves up...its so cool and so much fun to make.

If you would be interested in joining our monthly club group all you have to do is commit to purchasing $20 a month for 4 months...and one of those months you are co-hostess for the party.  You don't need to do anything, just come and make your cards, I take care of everything else.  You can join at anytime.  Typically club is the first week of the month and its "open house" style...you can come anytime.  Let me know if you are interested.
